DEO Jeans Online ensures that all products sold on the website are of the highest quality and thoroughly quality controlled. In the unlikely event that you find a defect on your items, you have 7 days to exchange (given that the item is unworn and in perfect condition) for the same item in a different colour or size). We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.

To make a return or exchange, you would have to deliver the item to our store with your printed receipt. Items for exchange will be inspected to ensure they are in perfect condition (tagged, unworn and unwashed- no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains or odours). Once approved, your exchanged item will be delivered within 3 working days.

If you find a defect, please ensure that the item is in perfect condition for exchange. This means... - clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains) - unworn - unwashed items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be exchanged and will be returned to you
